Lloyds TSB bank located on Nottingham Road almost opposite the old Telephone Exchange and the footpath connecting Vancouver Avenue with Nottingham Road. It opened as a sub-branch of Derby's Lloyds Bank on 16th September 1929. The bank was renamed Lloyds TSB on the merging of the two banks in 1999 but it closed circa 2001. Demolished by 2002 along with adjoining properties including of Spondon Caravans and Spondon Garage to make way for residential development - see below.
