Maurice White at 22 Beeches Avenue. Steve Hempsall writes, "My Uncle was Maurice White, a well
known teacher at both Spondon House and Spondon School. He also played
the organ at the Methodist chapel. After his death in 1987 my Aunt
sold the property that they had lived in for many years, 22 Beeches Ave".

Definitely Mr. White who taught french to us in 2S....we had to call our numbers out in French...mine was vingt et un M. Le Blanc.
